Lauri Dodd

Growing up in New England , my sisters and I spent countless hours exploring, hiding and pretending in the wood around our home. I embraced being a maker from the start. Piles of leaves, stacks of wood, snow forts lead me to becoming a maker in my later life. I began my ceramic journey in 2020 and have focused on functional forms as I’ve learned to work with clay. I am currently exploring texture, shapes and glaze to push my boundaries by combining clay with other art forms.
